Prices are on this page because hiding them wastes your time and mine.

  4. Step 4

    Monthly Partnership

    From $2,500 USD a month

    Ongoing

The monthly work that compounds: content, upkeep, reporting.

    What is included

The check and the call are free, and nothing is quoted on the call. Each step is bought on its own, they run in this order, and most practices stop partway. Anything above a floor price is agreed on the call and fixed in writing first.

Who it is for

Anyone running an established practice who wants to see what is actually out there before spending anything, including people who end up not hiring us.

What is included

  • 25 patient questions about you run through ChatGPT and Claude, recorded verbatim
  • Your Google Maps listing: rating, reviews, photos, how recent the newest review is, and whether the practice answers
  • Whether AI crawlers can read your site, and whether it tells them who you are
  • Then thirty minutes on a call with Mariya: who we are, what came back, what it means, and where we could help

Terms

No charge and nothing quoted on the call. What the check finds is yours whether or not we work together. The automated half costs pennies to run, which is the only reason it is free. The parts that need a person are in the next rung.

Who it is for

A practice whose website is broadly right but has never been read by anyone asking whether it is allowed to say what it says, or used by anyone who cannot use a mouse.

What is included

  • A call placed to your front desk as a new patient, recorded and timed, and a real enquiry sent through your own form
  • Every health claim read against the evidence behind it, quoted in context, kept with its source recorded or taken off
  • Testimonials checked against the FTC Consumer Review Rule: permission, honest representation, disclosure, and context where a result is not typical
  • Every advertising pixel found on a booking or intake page, the thing that ended in fines for GoodRx and BetterHelp
  • WCAG 2.1 AA walked by a person, because scanners catch about a third of the criteria and report the rest as passing
  • Privacy policy, cookie notice and consent made to match what the site actually does
  • Structured data rewritten so the markup says what the visible page says
  • The AI-visibility layer updated: the schema and the facts ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity read about you, so an accurate description of the clinic is more likely
  • Mobile Core Web Vitals brought inside Google’s thresholds at the 75th percentile
  • A fix log, a claim register, before and after measurements, and a recorded walkthrough

Terms

Fixed in writing after the free check, which is what the price is based on. Half to start, half on delivery. This does not make anyone compliant, and nobody can: it brings the site in line with the published standards and leaves you able to show what was checked, what changed, who approved each claim and on what date.

Who it is for

The story, the facts and the site are not saying the same thing, and you want that fixed once rather than in pieces.

What is included

  • Positioning: what you do, who for, and why you rather than the clinic ten minutes away
  • Rebranding if the current brand no longer fits: name treatment, logo, colours and a usage guide
  • One name, one story and one set of facts made identical across the site, Google Business Profile, Bing Places and every directory that still lists you
  • Health-claim compliance pass across everything public, every hit quoted in context, with a claim register recording the source behind each statement
  • Everything in AI Visibility, and then as far up the range as the work needs: a custom site built one search intent per page, the brand applied with a usage guide, the social profiles rebuilt alongside it, evidence-sourced cornerstone articles, full structured data, an accessibility pass and launch QA
  • Mobile Core Web Vitals inside Google’s thresholds at launch, measured at the 75th percentile
  • Automations and AI agents installed: intake, booking follow-up, reminders and answers to common patient questions
  • 30 days of the Monthly Partnership included after anything goes live

Terms

Scoped on the call and fixed in writing before anything starts, so the number never arrives afterwards. The floor is the foundation work alone, which touches no code and is often enough. What moves it up is how much of the site and how many channels have to be rebuilt to carry the story. Half to start, half on delivery.

Who it is for

Something has been built and now needs working on every month rather than admiring.

What is included

  • Social media and thought leadership: planned, written and published under a named clinician’s byline
  • 15 evidence-sourced articles a month
  • Technical updates every month: structured data, AI-visibility files, security patches and site fixes kept current
  • Search and AI visibility measured quarterly against a fixed list of patient questions in ChatGPT and Claude, each asked seven times
  • The automations monitored, kept running, and extended as the practice changes
  • One process a quarter written down and tightened: intake, recall, follow-up, whichever is costing you most
  • Hosting, backups, security and uptime monitoring
  • Monthly Core Web Vitals and broken-link check
  • A monthly report in plain language: what changed, what it means, what needs you

Terms

What moves the price is publishing volume and how much of the writing is yours, agreed in writing before the first month. Monthly, cancel with 30 days notice. Included for the first 30 days after a build goes live. Your site, your content and your accounts remain yours either way.

Fit, both ways.

This works if

  • You are an established practice, clinic or health brand with real patients and real revenue.
  • You are doing roughly $300,000 a year or more, or you are a funded product brand.
  • You can point to results you are legally allowed to talk about.
  • You want to be told the truth about what is actually there, including when it is less broken than you thought.

This does not work if

  • You are pre-launch or pre-revenue.
  • You want the cheapest option available.
  • You want posting volume on its own, with nothing underneath it.
  • You need claims made that the evidence does not support.
  • You want it live in two weeks.
