Five steps, and the order is the point.

Most practices want to start with the visible half. The reason the last rebuild changed nothing is the half underneath it.

The short answer

The Healthy Digital works in five steps, in this order. A $497 Credibility Audit of everything a patient can already find about you. Foundations, the positioning and the facts that everything else stands on. A Rebuild of the site and the social channels together, the visible half and the technical half. Automation and AI, so enquiries and intake stop being chased by a person. Then Partner, the monthly work that keeps social, thought leadership, search and AI visibility moving. A free thirty minute call comes before all of it. Each step is bought on its own, and most practices stop partway on purpose.

Before any of it

A thirty minute call, free.

What the practice actually does, who actually pays, and what is most likely costing you patients right now. Nothing is quoted on that call and nothing is built from it. You get a straight answer about whether any of this is worth buying, including when the answer is no.

Step 1 · $497 USD · 3 business days

Credibility Audit

Before an opinion, a measurement.

What it coversEverything a patient can already find: the site, the Google Business Profile, the directories that still list you, the social accounts and what they actually publish, the reviews and how they are answered, and what ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude say when somebody asks who to see. Scored on five axes with the measurement beside each score, three prioritised fixes, every risky claim quoted in context, and a recorded walkthrough you keep.
Wrong for you ifYou want to be told the site is fine. Also wrong pre-launch, and wrong within three months of a rebuild, because there is nothing stable to measure yet. An audit that always finds a crisis is a sales document rather than an audit, and this one is written so it can come back saying very little is wrong.

Step 2 · $4,500 USD · 3 weeks

Foundations

The step nobody asks for, and the one everything else stands on.

What it coversPositioning and message: what the practice does, who it is for, and why somebody chooses it over the clinic ten minutes away. Then one name, one story and one set of facts, made identical across the site, the Google Business Profile, Bing Places and every directory that still lists you. Claim language rewritten to what the evidence supports, with a claim register recording the source behind each statement. And the content pillars the site and the channels both draw from, so posting stops being invented weekly.
Wrong for you ifThree people in your office already answer "what do you do and who for" the same way, and you can point at where that is written down. If that is true, skip this and spend the money on the next step.

Step 3 · From $6,000 USD · 4 to 6 weeks

Rebuild

The face and the technical half, rebuilt to say the same thing.

The visible halfThe site, one search intent per page, written to the content standard. The identity applied properly rather than assembled at the end. Photography direction, hired locally. And the social profiles rebuilt alongside it: bios, highlights, templates and the grid, so a patient who lands on Instagram and a patient who lands on the site meet the same practice.
The technical halfMobile Core Web Vitals measured at the 75th percentile and targeted inside Google’s thresholds, self-hosted fonts, modern image formats, semantic markup, keyboard navigation, WCAG AA contrast on every colour pair, structured data generated from one source of truth, redirects from every old URL, and a launch QA record you are given.
Wrong for you ifThe site is a couple of years old and structurally sound. If the audit says the bones are fine, Foundations plus the monthly work costs less and does more, and you will be told that rather than sold this.

Step 4 · From $5,000 USD · 4 to 6 weeks

Automation and AI

The paperwork somebody at your front desk is currently chasing.

What it coversAn AI assistant on the site and on the channels that answers real questions in seconds, qualifies the enquiry and books it into the calendar you already use. Intake that arrives completed instead of being chased. Reminders, recalls, review requests and follow-up sequences, each with a named owner and a written record of what it is allowed to do and what it is not.
Wrong for you ifThe front-desk process is not written down anywhere yet. An automation on top of an unclear process makes the unclear part faster and harder to see. Also wrong if you want something that publishes on your behalf: drafting tools here write to a file, and a human presses publish.

Step 5 · From $2,500 USD a month · Ongoing

Social Media

The channels a patient checks after the website and before the phone call.

What it coversPlanning, writing and publishing on the channels your patients actually use. Profile facts kept identical to the site and to every directory, because mismatched hours and services are the single most common thing an AI assistant repeats wrongly about a practice. Thought leadership under a named clinician’s byline, approved before it goes out. A monthly report in plain language.
Wrong for you ifThe website itself is the problem. Posting harder at a site that does not convert is the most expensive way to discover that, and the audit will tell you so before you buy this.

Step 6 · $2,500 to $6,000 USD a month · Ongoing

Partner

The only part sold by the month, and the part that compounds.

What it coversSocial media and thought leadership: planned, written and published on the channels your patients actually use, under a named clinician’s byline and approved by them. One evidence-sourced article a month. Search and AI visibility measured against a fixed list of patient questions re-run across four assistants and diffed. The automations kept running. Hosting, backups, uptime, and a monthly report in plain language.
Wrong for you ifYou want posting volume. Volume is what most practices have already paid for once, and it is usually why the audit finds what it finds. This is slower, it needs about an hour a month of a clinician’s time, and that hour is the thing that makes it work.

Where to start depends on what you already have.
