Ecoistka Beauty: a body-care shop that finally explains the product

Ecoistka Beauty is a South Florida brand founded by Yulia and Lena, making organic body butters from shea, mango, coconut and jojoba butters and essential oils. The old website did not show what made the product different.

The challenge

The old website was hard to move around. Visitors could not find the product they came for, and nothing on the page explained what made these body butters different from the ones on a supermarket shelf.

For a brand whose whole case is "look at what is in it", a site that hides the ingredients is the same as having no site.

What we did

  1. Designed the new siteA design board and the full page structure approved with the founders in April 2024: home, shop, ingredients, about, contact and a blog.
  2. Rebuilt the store on ShopifyProducts, cart and checkout rebuilt so a visitor can buy without emailing anyone.
  3. Named the products for searchKeyword research for the niche, then product names and titles built around what people type, such as “Organic Body Butter: Ultimate Hydration for Dry, Sensitive Skin”.
  4. Wrote the site copyThe hero, the ingredient story, the sustainability section and plain product pages: what is in each jar and how to use it.
  5. Shot the photos and videoProduct photography of the Miami Kiss, Florida Sunset and Endless Summer line, and a how-to-use reel for the site and Instagram.

Result

418 online store sessions in 30 days, up 74% on the 30 days before.

How it was measured. Shopify admin, online store sessions, all channels. 27 July to 25 August 2024, compared with 27 June to 26 July 2024. Read from the dashboard on 26 August 2024.

  • This is one month on a small base, measured just after launch. It counts visits, not sales.
  • Orders in that window were too few to compare fairly, so no sales figure is claimed here.
  • The new site and the new content went live together, so the rise cannot be credited to either one alone. A first month after a launch often runs high.

What does AI say about your practice?

  1. 1 Tell me what a patient would search for, and where.
  2. 2 An AI assistant searches the live web and answers, as a patient would see it.
  3. 3 I read the result and email you the findings, with what they mean.

The search it will run

Your name, email and practice go to the studio so the findings can be sent. Nothing else, never sold, never used for advertising. How data is handled.

This is one question. The full check asks a fixed list of 25, across four assistants, and records every answer word for word. We go through it on the call.
