Living Light Reset

A cohort health program, which means the marketing and the delivery are the same machine.

The short answer

Living Light Reset runs a practitioner-led program in cohorts. The work covers a brand book that acts as the single source of truth for every asset, the website and registration pages, the webinar and enrolment funnels, the payment and subscription flows, and the email systems that carry participants from registration through to continued care. It is ongoing. Outcome figures are being confirmed with the client before publication.

Why a brand book came first

A cohort program produces a large number of small assets: registration pages, reminder emails, webinar slides, social posts, receipts, offer pages. They are made quickly, often by different people, usually under time pressure before a launch. Without a written brand standard they drift, and the drift is what makes a program look improvised at exactly the moment someone is deciding whether to trust it with their health.

So the brand book was built first and treated as the reference every later asset is checked against, rather than as a document nobody opens after the kickoff meeting.

What was built

Brand bookVoice, palette, typography, asset rules and usage examples, written as the source of truth for everything the program publishes.
Site and offer pagesProgram pages, offer pages and registration pages built to the same standard as the rest of the brand, with the compliance pass applied to every claim.
Enrolment funnelWebinar registration, reminder sequences, replay delivery and enrolment, tested end to end before each launch rather than after it.
Payments and continued careSubscription and payment flows, including the follow-up sequences for participants continuing after the program ends.
OngoingCohort by cohort: new campaigns, page updates, automation fixes, and the monthly maintenance that keeps the funnel honest.

Results

Registration, attendance and enrolment figures for this program are being verified with the client and approved in writing before they are published. Health outcome claims will not be published here at all, because participant results are not the studio’s to claim and are not typical by default.
