Precision Wellness Practice
A functional medicine practice with a second business inside it: training other practitioners.
The short answer
Precision Wellness Practice serves patients and trains practitioners, which are two different buyers who want two different things from the same brand. The work covers the website, the brand, the enquiry and booking flows, and the marketing automation behind both audiences. It is an ongoing relationship, not a delivered project, and the outcome figures are still being confirmed with the client before publication.
The problem
A practice that also teaches has a structural marketing problem. Patients want reassurance, proximity and a clear next appointment. Practitioners want proof of method, business substance and a curriculum. Put both on one page and each audience reads half a message. Split them into two brands and the credibility that makes the training worth buying stops being visible.
There is also a compliance edge. The moment a practice starts selling to practitioners, marketing copy starts making claims about clinical outcomes to a professional audience, and those claims are held to a higher standard, not a lower one.
What was built
| Site architecture | Separate paths for patients and for practitioners, sharing one identity, one set of credentials and one proof layer. One search intent per page so the two audiences never compete for the same result. |
|---|---|
| Brand | Identity, palette and typography applied consistently across the practice site, the training arm, the email templates and the registration pages. |
| Enquiry and booking | Forms, confirmations, reminders and follow-up sequences, with the practitioner and patient journeys kept apart end to end. |
| Marketing automation | Campaign build, reminder sequences, payment and subscription flows, and the reporting that shows which of them are actually working. |
| Ongoing | Monthly changes, new campaigns, launch support and the maintenance that keeps the two systems from drifting apart. |
Results
Traffic, enquiry and conversion figures for this project are being verified with the client and approved in writing before they are published. Until then this page says what was built rather than what it produced. The standard applied here is the one described on the standards section of the about page: if a number cannot be defended, the sentence is written without it.
